~*~ Day doesn't end happily ~*~
First time in year 2006 when I wanted to shout, "I quit!"
Leaders must have high EQ. The previous phrase is from what I have learnt in HRM module last year. I believe in this phrase. Team has to work together and it's not about one-man show or putting people off. There was a point of time today when I wanted so much to get out of the place I was, rush to the toilet to cry and just run away from everything. I felt so unwanted. I was driven away. "Eileen, you shut up and go away." It's not said by only one person, I didn't know that I am so redundant. I admit that I was lame but I mean no harm and there is no reason that I should be treated in this way. Deep down inside, I am very hurt. Are we friends? Are we acquaintances? Are we just working partners being forced to work together? Why am I being shout at? Okay, if all my suggestions or opinions are lame and not up to standard ( as judged by other personal views), I shall be a mute then, a puppet follower.... which makes teamwork pointless and meaningless.
Small words do have a BIG impact.
I really need to cool before I make any rash decision. Now, I really want to quit and leave forever. I'm afraid that I'm too impulsive, so, I need to cool down. I'm fragile. Why can't people be (more) tactful?

I have been sick since Wed le. Quanrantined at home, having a room to myself during bedtime now. Rainy days recently. Caught cold le. Having running nose and dry cough. Don't feel like doing anything. All i need is rest.
