~*~ my MUM, SIS 'n' MIGRAINE ~*~
Yesterday after dinner with my family and Dennis darling at a kopitiam near NTU, my sister had migraine. By the time when she reached home, she was in so much pain that she took my mum's cap to wear in order to cover her eyes and stayed in a dark and not-so-quiet room (where my mum was watching tv with lights off). I went to look for my sis to see how is she doing. Saw her lying on the bed but still very miserable looking la. Then I said, "You should try some relaxation techniques to relieve the high pressure in your brain right now. Focusing on your breathing is one good and easy method." That was what I have learnt in the Mind Over Stress module this semester. Then my mum responsed, "She is already very relaxed. Spent her whole afternoon eating, watching tv and sleeping. Like that not relax enough meh." Wahaha~
Ohhh... I will miss the mind over stress module man. The one relaxing series of lectures I have attended and really learn useful techniques and theories very related to our daily lives. Hope that I can manage stress better!~
