It was a drowsy Friday afternoon. Eye lids heavy, mood heavy too. Staring that the words of research papers hard. Hard to comprehend the words with such heavy mood. Sudden reminded of the mp3 cd which is sitting inside the drawer. Listen to familiar songs. Going along with the rhythm. Britney's old songs are really nice and close to the heart. From the bottom of my broken heart. Sometimes. I turn to you. Brings me back to the good old days in secondary school. Ice-skating with my best friend after school. Bowling too. Eating fast-food like nobody's business. Chatting and gossiping. Last-min quiz revision. Taking neoprints. Shopping at popular. How carefree schooling days are!

~*~ Moving on to the next stage of life ~*~

Physically at work, mentally at dreamland.
Is my work that boring? Or is that I'm still not used to working long hours?
Sleepy me. Eats lots. Slack.

After schooling for close to 2 decades, work is my next stage of life. I'm still not used to work and not used to night classes. Starting work in the morning and studying at night takes a lot of endurance and stamina. Being at work, I should not be sleeping; being at class, I should be paying full attention to avoid missing out any fine details of the lectures. I'm tired... physically and mentally.

May not be talking sense now cos I'm not in the right state of mind.. 4pm one lecture to go...
What I really want is long hours of rest and sleep...

~*~ Carnivore @ Vivocity ~*~

We went there last month before we got our first pay...
Expensive dinner with lots of meat... definitely not suitable for people who don't like / can't to eat beef... I had lots of different types of beef from different parts of cow or different ways of cooking...
I love the potatoes and one and only type of fish fillet there....
Too much meat is too filling for the both of us!!!!
Will I go there again... nope...

A sign from gods?

My area where I'm staying is recently in limelight because of some interesting lookalikes on the tree trunks. I've been there myself... got 3 trees with monkeys, guan yin and elephant trunk. Swarms of people flocked to the place and every now and then there are crowds. Woo~ my street became famous! I even pray to the tree with joss sticks...

Korean Cuisine @ NTU, canteen 13

New discovery after venturing the canteens in NTU... Really yummy and cheap cheap too. Definitely worth the walk from MSE to Canteen 13. I may not like spicy food but this is one rare occasion which I can finish the spicy chicken meat and soup.

After more than 1 month of waiting... presenting the free 8R photo of my family at my convocation. It's free and a gift from my school, materials science & engineering. Think this is the best taken pic of my convo.

I'm going to have a busy week ahead. For this whole week, I will have lab lessons everyday and from 9am to 4pm. Such long hours! From Monday to Wednesday even worse for me cos I have night lessons. Hope that I can survive well! Feeling very gan chiong now... hope to able to sleep well this week.
