~*~ Buying temptations everywhere ~*~
It's year end and the whole Singapore has sales going on~ Sitex is on now and X'mas sales are happening too. Merchandise going at cheaper prices.. really make many hearts fall into temptation including mine!! I gotta hold on tight to my purse strings cos I have to save hard for my coming flat. In case some of my friends are lost, Dennis and I are getting a resale flat (second-hand or even third-hand flat). Hee, and I don't intend to elaborate on why (just that I don't think I owe anyone any explanation). The flat has not officially become ours yet.. needs time... any doubts you can go to the hdb website for more information.
Thanks for all your concerns
Thank you my friends who understand my frustrations and send me well wishes and heart-warming private messages. It's really very sweet. Both Dennis and I are just following the regular pattern of life: graduation -> work and save $ -> marriage solemnisation -> buying a home -> wedding luncheon/dinner/party -> honeymoon. We are happy to share our process of different stages. He says that Singaporean just like to compare (especially prices), I just guess it's true. What I have realised most out of these processes is that we live in reality and not in our idealised world and everything has to reach an equilibrium and some kind of compromise.
NEWater vistor centre revisited
It's my second time there. First time was in year 2005 together with my SIP internship people.
Dennis registered us for the free guided tour and he's pretty excited about this visit. However, there are only 7 visitors at that time interval that we were there. Looks quite cold. It's alright, everyone can take photos without much hindrance. The centre has not changed much over the years and of course after the tour, we are all given a bottle of the NEWater. Water is essential to our survival!

~*~ My family loves me ~*~
Dennis is the latest addition to my family.
For the past 2 days (Thursday and Friday), I'm on medical leave. Seems like the indigestion and food poisoning bug has hit both Dennis and I after our return from Bali (Monday). He vomits while I have runs. Imagine running for the bathroom hero (according to Andy Lau's old song on "Ma Tong") for more than 20 times during the day. That's my only activity for the whole day yesterday. What an experience! I woke up feeling wobbling of my body, lack of strength. After my baby sis left for school (she waited for me to feel more stable physically before leaving), I started my frequent sprints to the toilet. Shall not elaborate on how my stools look like. Dennis came to visit me after his school. He was here to watch me perform my sprinting feat. He came armed with anti-vomit tablets and anti-diarrhea capsules which came from his recent doctor's visit. He came unnoticed by me who was weak and napping away in my cosy bedroom. Luckily my mum was home already and let him in. I woke up after my nap find Dennis by my bedside, I was so happy! Mum was sweet, she treated me dark chocolates after informing her that I've only had self-cooked campbell soup as my source of food intake for the day. Dad came home at night after work and sent me to the doc. I really have no guts to walk to the doc myself, in case of any urgency, I do not know how to react. Travelling by car is a much conservative option. True enough, while waiting for the my turn to see the doc, I went to explore the clinic's hero. I wondered how did the doc confirmed that it's food poisoning after listening to my abdomen area with his stethoscope, I was amazed. I was given only one type of medicine, hopefully it's powerful enough to stop my further release.
It's warm to know that my family cares and love me, I love everyone of them too! And I love the toilet bowl too!!
